German fenestration practice and Russian system design solve the same problem differently. We build with both and choose per project — by opening, exposure and load, not by catalogue.

German technology

Precision engineering

German fenestration practice is built on tolerance control — multi-chamber profiles, concealed drainage and a gasket line that stays continuous around the whole frame. We fabricate to those tolerances on every unit that leaves the floor.

Russian technology

Built for hard climates

Russian systems are designed around thermal load and heavy sections — reinforced frames, deeper interlocks and sealing that holds through real temperature swing. That robustness is what carries an aluminium window through an Indian summer and a coastal monsoon.

Specification

What goes into a unit

Extrusion

Sections are ordered to the system spec for the job rather than substituted for whatever is on the rack. Wall thickness is what carries a window over time — it is not the place to save.

Finishing

Powder coating, anodising and wood-finish options. A finish is chosen for the exposure the elevation actually gets, not only for how it looks in a sample book.

Glazing

Single, double, toughened, laminated and obscure glass, specified per opening — bathroom, balcony and street-facing rooms rarely want the same thing.

Hardware

Rollers, locks, hinges, friction stays and multi-point gear matched to the section they run in and the weight of the shutter they carry.
